I went to place an order the drink selection was so disappointing. There was barely anything to choose from, and what they did have felt really boring. On top of that, the prices seemed way too high for such basic options. Like, how is this okay?

"Menu feels way too limited"
I was browsing Busaba trying to find something for dinner, but the menu felt really limited. It was just the same sort of noodle and curry options over and over, and if you’re not in the mood for that, there really isn’t much to choose from. I kept scrolling hoping there’d be more variety, but it all started to look samey. Just not much choice, not much variety, and not really enough for different tastes. I ended up not ordering...

"Good Flavor, but the Plates Felt Rushed"
I stopped in looking forward to a nice meal, and while the food still tasted good, the presentation was a bit disappointing this time. When the plates came out, they looked like they’d been put together in a hurry, with everything kind of messy and not as neat as I expected. It didn’t ruin the meal, but it definitely made the experience feel a little less special than usual.

I keep getting these loyalty offers, but every time I actually try to use one, it never applies at checkout. It feels like I’m the one customer they just don’t work for, which is frustrating when you think you’re finally getting a deal.

"The Bathroom Was a Total Horror Show"
I’m not usually dramatic about public bathrooms, but this one was awful. The toilets were really dirty, and the whole thing felt like a scene I wanted to escape from immediately.

"Food didn’t taste fresh"
I ordered from busaba and honestly , the food tasted like it had been sitting around for a while . The noodles were dry , the chicken was chewy , and the veg didn’t look fresh at all . For what it cost , I was disappointed . I don’t think I’d order from there again

"Felt like we were being ignored"
The food was okay, but the service was really slow. We waited ages just for someone to come take our order, and then had to wait all over again when we wanted the bill. It wasn’t even that busy, which made it more frustrating. Just felt like we kept being brushed off

I tried ordering online but the site was really frustrating with my screen reader. The menus were confusing buttons didn’t have labels and the keyboard navigation kept getting stuck. I eventually gave up and ordered from somewhere else

"Waited way too long, even with a booking"
We had a booking, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect we’d be seated somewhere close to on time. Instead, we were left waiting for ages, and nobody really bothered to explain what was happening.

Then the food took even longer after we finally ordered. I get that the staff looked busy, and I’m not blaming one person, but the whole thing felt disorganized and by that point we were already hungry and annoyed.
I know places get packed and delays happen, but this was just too much. For the price and the hype, I expected a smoother experience, and I don’t see myself going back anytime soon

"Seating made it hard to enjoy the meal"
The food was alright, but the seating kind of ruined it for me. My chair felt really hard and too low, and the table was packed so close to the ones beside us that I felt like I had to be careful every time I moved

We only stayed because we were already hungry, but by halfway through my back was aching and I just couldn’t get comfortable. I’d probably skip going back unless they sort out the seating

"Just a heads up for anyone ordering..."
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Busaba: I ordered pad thai and curry, but when I got home the bag had two completely different dishes in it. The receipt was correct, so the mix-up must’ve happened when packing the order. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me, so I’m probably going to skip ordering from them for a while. If you do order, definitely check the bag before you leave or before the driver takes off.

"Felt like begging for decent packaging"
Ordered from Busaba the way the food arrived was really disappointing. The sauce had leaked all over the bag and one of the containers was basically half open. It’s annoying because the food might’ve actually been fine, but by the time it got to me it was such a mess that I couldn’t really enjoy it. For the price, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the food to be packed properly, felt like I was begging for the bare minimum

"Not much here for vegans"
I was disappointed with my visit. The veggie options were really limited, and the vegan choices felt like they were just added as an afterthought. I ended up leaving still hungry, which isn’t great when you’ve paid for a meal out. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or at least a proper follow-up, because this didn’t feel worth it

A friend recommended this place, so I was excited to try it. I ordered the pad thai and green curry, but both tasted a bit watered down and not as flavourful or authentic as I was expecting. The place itself was nice enough, but the flavours just didn’t really work for me

"Spice level keeps changing"
I’ve ordered from Busaba a few times now, maybe last month or the month before, I can’t remember exactly, and the spice level is always a bit unpredictable. I’ll get the same dish one day and it’s mild, then the next time it’s suddenly way too hot. It’s frustrating because you never really know what’s going to show up. The food itself would be fine if they could just keep it more consistent.
